Delivery time and cost

All orders received by 3pm are shipped the same day (Mon-Fri, excluding Bank Holidays) from the UK. Any additional charges for customs clearances must be borne by you and we cannot predict what they may be. Free Shipping applies to UK mainland delivery addresses only. Shock Absorber normally dispatches your order the same or next working day after placing the order. It might take longer during very busy periods such as Sale. Express deliveries are always packed and despatched in priority.

Orders under £25 | £2.95 - Deliveries are dispatched with Royal Mail standard delivery in 3-5 days from despatch.

Orders over £25 | FREE - Deliveries are dispatched with Royal Mail standard delivery in 3-5 days from despatch.

UK Next Working Day (Orders shipped same day if before 3pm Mon-Fri)

£7.50 – Delivery within 1 working day from dispatch (tracking service Royal Mail). Saturday is not classed as a working day. Cut off for next day delivery is 3pm, working days Monday - Friday. 

European DDP Delivery (Spain, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy)

£7.50 - This service is only available on orders up to £135. This service is duty paid and takes estimated 7-14 working days from despatch to arrive.

 

FAQs 

 

How can I check the progress of my order?
Once the order is ready for dispatch you will receive an email confirmation and a second email confirmation when the order has been dispatched.

How can I track my parcel once shipped?
UK standard deliveries do not have a tracking number so you will need to allow the appropriate delivery time.
Standard delivery parcels don’t need a signature, but if they can’t fit through your letterbox a card should be left to let you know delivery was attempted, together with details of where you can collect it from / how to rearrange delivery.

Can I change or cancel an order I've already placed?
Unfortunately, at the moment it's not possible for you to change or cancel an existing order yourself. If you'd like us to make any amendments to an order that hasn't yet been shipped, please contact us.
Please call rather than email - many orders are shipped within an hour of being placed, so if you call we can respond as quickly as possible.

How do I exchange an item?
If you'd like to exchange an item, the best way to do this is to place a new order on the desired product/size and returning the item(s) you've received for a full refund as we currently do not offer exchanges.

What countries do you deliver to?
We currently only deliver to UK addresses. You can check delivery options at the checkout page.

Returns

Easy UK Returns - Collect from your door option available

We now offer an easy UK returns option via our Royal Mail returns portal. You can choose to drop off your return at your nearest Parcel Post Box, Delivery Office, Post Office or get it collected from your address with no printer required. It's important that you're 100% happy with your purchase. If you do not feel satisfied, or are unhappy for any reason, we recommend that you get in contact with us so that we can provide further fitting advice or suggest an alternative style. All that we ask is that the item you are returning is unworn, with ALL original labels within 30 days. We cannot accept sports bras that have been used or show signs of use in the interests of both health and hygiene. If you have any concerns pertaining this, please call us at 01335 368152.

We will happily, with proof of purchase offer a Full Refund for all items received back within 30 Days of purchase. All sale items are strictly Refund for all received back to us within 14 days from when the order is received. Returns are at your own cost.

We strongly recommend you get proof of postage and a tracked service for your return, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit without the proof of posting.

Goods must be returned in perfect, resalable condition, please ensure all items are returned with tags still attached including any labels and outer packaging of the product (eg. Box). 

All Free Gifts/ Promotions must also be returned if no longer applicable, non-receipt will result in a charge for the goods not returned.  This does not affect your statutory rights. 

How long should a return take?

Please allow up to 21 days for the full returns process to be completed. Please take note that the date the return arrives with us may not be the day it gets processed for a return.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order and request a refund, please note it may take up to 5-7 working days for funds to reach your account. If you still haven't received your refund after 7 working days, please contact our customer service team.
