There are two Duathlons this summer. The first is being held at the New Forest on 4th July and Bushy Park, Hampton on 6th September
The distance is 2.5km run/10km bike/2.5km run
A duathlon (fun run/walk - cycle - fun run/walk) provides an opportunity for you to take part in a multi sport event even if you do not want to swim or prefer not to get into a costume. It is an opportunity to get out, get active and experience the THRILL of being part of an event. Most importantly, it's not a race, the emphasis is on FUN, PARTICIPATION and ACHIEVEMENT. The event is perfect for BEGINNERS with SUPPORT and SMILES all through the day.
